ACA is a Washington, DC- based qualified 501(c)(4) non-profit, non-partisan, advocacy organization that represents the legislative and regulatory concerns of five million US citizens living and working overseas to the US Government. ACA advocates on many issues but this year we are laser focused on tax reform.  Congress will pass tax legislation in 2025 and Residence based taxation (RBT) must be part of that package. There is a Presidential promise to end double taxation and RBT legislation has been introduced in Congress.
