Who's looking ahead to phase 4?

"The group American Citizens Abroad is reminding the IRS, Treasury and lawmakers to keep its members posted on coronavirus-related decisions — in no small part because, unlike in lots of other countries, U.S. expatriates face the same filing requirements and income tax rules as Americans living at home. 'In many cases, U.S. citizens overseas claim foreign tax credits, resulting in little or no U.S. tax liability, even though they have significant adjusted gross income. These individuals should not be adversely affected, and they should not be subject to reduced refunds/credits,' said Marylouise Serrato, the group's executive director."
