ACA writes to Senate Committee on Tax Reform

ACA has written a letter to the Senate Finance Committee about having  Residence-Based Taxation (RBT) included in the tax reform submissions to Chairman Baucus and Ranking Member Hatch.  A copy of the July 8, 2013 letter is here.
