ACA responds to the National Taxpayer Advocate (NTA) annual Report to Congress, 2023 published on January 10, 2024. 

ACA is please to see that the 2023 Annual Report to Congress includes two Most Serious Problems that focus specifically on the issues of Americans Abroad.
