WHO: Mr. Norquist is president and founder of Americans for Tax Reform and is at the center of the debate around extending the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act this year.

WHAT: Mr. Norquist has spent decades advocating for changes in tax policy and we will gain insights into the process and politics of this year’s tax bill, reconciliation and ending double taxation and moving the U.S. to a residency-based tax system.
