ACA Statement on the Taxpayer Assistance and Service Act of 2026

ACA statement on the Taxpayer Assistance and Service Act. ACA supports improving taxpayer service and making tax administration more effective and responsive for all U.S. taxpayers. Passage of RBT legislation would remove filing requirements for income earned outside the U.S. however, U.S. earned income will still be reportable.  Filing should be easy, straight-forward and fair no matter what the tax law.
