Americans For Tax Reform (ATR) Supports Tax Reform for Overseas Americans

Americans For Tax Reform (ATR), an important and closely-followed advocacy group led by Glover Norquist, has written to Chairman Brady of House Ways & Means stating that it is vital that any tax reform should include territorial or residence-based policy for Americans overseas.
