National Taxpayer Advocate 2023 Report to Congress

ACA congratulates the National Taxpayer Advocate (NTA) on her excellent 2023 Report to Congress.  The National Taxpayer Advocate has highlighted the problems US citizens overseas face in her "Most Serious Problems" section of the report.  ACA will be providing a response to the NTA in the coming days.
