On August 15, 2022, ACA wrote to the Ways and Means Committee, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other key Congressional offices to show support for HR82 The Social Security Fairness Act, which would repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision and the Government Pension Offset portions of the Social Security Act.
