H.R. 82 - Social Security Fairness Act of 2023 Will Be Signed Into Law on January 6, 2025

ACA has been informed that on December 31, 2024, it was confirmed that President Biden will sign the Social Security Fairness Act of 2023 in a bill signing ceremony at the White House. This invitation-only event is scheduled for January 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EST. If the event is streamed live, it will be at https://www.whitehouse.gov/live/.
