House Ways & Means Chairman needs to call for hearings on US citizens overseas

ACA estimates 5-6 million US citizens living and working overseas are facing serious issues related to US legislation. Time has come for the House Ways & Means Committee Chairman to call for hearings.

Congressman Smith, Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee, needs to make hearings a priority for his Committee as there are an estimate 5 to 6 million US. citizens overseas that face a plethora of serious issues related to tax, investment and banking access. Hearings will give the Congress and Administration much of the data and research they lack so that solutions like Residence-based taxation (RBT) and Same Country Exemption (SCE) can be adopted to correct the problems.
